About Me

My family keeps asking when I'll decorate normally

My name is Eliza. I like rooms that feel a little haunted, and I have never been able to explain why.

It started with one lamp on my desk — a dragon frozen mid-breath, lit from inside. I bought it because it looked like something out of a story I wanted to live in. Then people kept asking where it came from.

So I started collecting them. And then choosing them for other people.

That's what this shop is. I look at a lot of lamps and keep the ones that actually do something to a room at night.

What I look for

Every piece here earns its place. The light has to be warm, not clinical. The detail has to hold up when you're standing close. And it has to look like it belongs somewhere — a shelf, a desk, a hallway at two in the morning — rather than sitting there being decoration.

If a lamp doesn't pass that, it isn't in the shop.

Not for everyone

My mum calls it a phase. My friends call it too much. The people who buy from me tend to already know exactly which corner it's going in.

If that's you, we'll get along.

Thank you for reading this far.
